About our Menu
Halal House is one of Northridge’s newest eateries. It’s become a hit spot for college students on a budget looking for a variety of flavors. The menu includes foods from many different parts of the world. We combined the original Greek concept with sauces that come from India and Pakistan. Afghan-style rice made various spices and food from all over the Middle East. You can even order US-inspired Crispy chicken sandwiches and House burgers.

If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. Super generous portions, flavor was just right. The bowl was huge and the gyro was like a 10 or 12” pita gyro very big and oh so yummy. The staff were clean and productive. Very good and delicious experience!

Phenomenal food at reasonable prices, the place is a mom and pop joint staffed by folks who really care. The owner is often working there himself and is always attentive and kind. The gyro plates and chicken sandwiches are particularly delicious and rank at the top for LA.

Beats halal guys so handily that I don't think I'll ever go back there. This place has fresh plates with the perfect mix of middle eastern/Afghani flavors in massive portions. Honestly, one plate is enough to feed a family.
